Continuing the elegantly industrial aesthetic of the Custom Illusion EP, Komplex comes over dreamlike but purposeful with its linear groove and melodic washes morphing through subtle progressions as the intensity is steadily tweaked upwards. Soul Connection goes for a more in-your-face approach on the flip with resounding pads echoing each other to create a distinctive groove that is driven along on a perpetual wave of slamming beats.
