Nothing like an edit is from an obscure acid jazz track that made its rounds in the underground disco scene in Chicago. Played by veterans like Sadar, Lee Collins & Ron Trent at clubs like Slicks & the B-Side Café.
Don't Cha Wanna get down is a rare groove monster chopped from a Funk 45 and kicks off with tights drums, bass licks and crazy synths coupled with some sick brass stabs and a touch of vocals that keeps it all in check and make you wanna get down, get down.
