Technorama records is proud to welcome Whim-ee into its release catalogue.Whim-ee aka Sara Garcia is a French dj/producer. Originally from Recife (Brazil), she relocated to Paris as a child where she began her journey in music via nine years of classical piano schooling. Whim-ee later began experimenting with electronic music, injecting her own unique fusion of house, techno, jazz, funk and soul. She also manages her own labels ; Tao-Dan Records and W-EE Records.Following up releases on labels such as Got2go, Chilli Mint Music and Nite Grooves, Whim-ee carries influences primarily from Chicago and Detroit into her forward-reaching productions that are consistently suffused with a tough and gritty sense of soul. Very deep and unique in her style and vibe Whim-ee & Myles Sergé join forces here with two brilliant chicago/detroit house techno cuts. The icing on the cake are the two remixes from legendary Norm Talley (FXHE, Sushitech, Third Ear) and promised talent Plural (Metroplex, Another Earth).
